Tecnologia para elevadores “Otis América Latina”, lança o eCall™ Plus.
A Otis América Latina acaba de lançar o eCall™ Plus, uma solução touchless inteligente, que mostra sua preocupação com a saúde e bem estar de todos seus clientes e pessoas que frequentam seus elevadores.
“Conectar os nossos usuários ao elevador com ferramentas digitais e aplicativos móveis personaliza a experiência individual e oferece ainda mais conforto e segurança”, diz Frank Smith, Diretor Executivo para América Latina.
“Mais importante ainda, esta é uma solução fácil de usar que elimina a necessidade de contato físico com o elevador e ajuda a proteger os passageiros de germes e vírus encontrados nas superfícies.”
Aplicativo para Smartphones eCall™ Plus.
O eCall é compatível com as tecnologias GEN2 e E322 com GECB, depois de realizar a instalação do eCall nos elevadores, que deve ser feita por um técnico da Otis, é gerado um QR Code, que sendo compartilhado com os usuários para ativar o app em seus smartphones, os visitantes também podem escanear o QR Code disponível nos elevadores, para sincronizar seu dispositivo ao elevador do prédio.
Com o aplicativo instalado em seu smartphone, o uso do eCall Plus é simples, através da tecnologia Bluetooth ou Wireless a medida que o usuário se aproxima do elevador, o aplicativo é conectado e para subir ou descer, só é preciso clicar no botão “subida” ou “descida” do aplicativo ou indicar o andar de destino do usuário, sem ter a necessidade de clicar nos botões do elevador.
